Grainger buys warehouse near Chicago
W.W. Grainger has paid $78 million for a Chicago-area warehouse adjacent to a massive distribution center the company has occupied for over a decade, according to reporting by Ryan Ori at CoStar News.
The 849,691-square-foot warehouse in Minooka, Illinois, was purchased from industrial landlord Prologis, according to Grundy County property records.
