Chicago Fed National Activity Index grew in January
The Chicago Fed National Activity Index rose to +0.69 in January from +0.07 in December.
All four broad categories of indicators used to construct the index made positive contributions in January, and two categories improved from December. The index’s three-month moving average edged down to +0.42 in January from +0.46 in December.
