Fastenal sales rose 14.8 percent in April
Fastenal's April sales rose 14.8 percent to $570.8 million from $497.1 million in the same month last year.
Daily sales of $27.2 million increased 20.3 percent from $22.6 million last April.
Daily sales in the U.S. climbed by 21.1 percent, sales in Canada/Mexico grew by 19.7 percent, while sales to Fastenal's Rest of the World segment increased by 3.7 percent.
Manufacturing segment sales showed the strongest growth, at 25.7 percent, while sales to non-residential construction customers grew by 13.4 percent.
