Mattsco Supply acquires Tool Center Inc.
Mattsco Supply Co. has acquired Tool Center Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The company will be rebranded Mattsco Tool Center, led by Bill Bowles, former CEO of Tool Center Inc.
It will formally launch into the tooling segment by Aug. 10.
Mattsco Supply has also signed a preferred distributor agreement with Elliott Tool Technologies to provide tube installation and removal equipment, tube testers, tube plugs and other accessories for the heat exchanger and energy markets.
Additionally, Mattsco Supply has also established a distributor relationship with Top Cat Air Tools to provide industrial grinders, scalers and accessories for the manufacturing industry.
Founded in 1975 and acquired by private investors in 2019, Mattsco Supply specializes in pipes, valves and fittings for industrial and oilfield use.
