Fastenal posted 12.5 percent July sales gain
Fastenal's sales of $553.3 million in July increased by 12.5 percent from $491.7 million in July 2021.
Daily sales of $27.7 million improved by 18.1 percent from $23.4 million last year. There were 20 business days in July 2022 compared to 21 in the previous year.
Sales to manufacturing customers grew by 22.7 percent, while sales to non-residential construction customers increased by 8.8 percent.
Fastener sales grew by 19.8 percent during the month, while sales of safety products increased by 13.6 percent. All other product sales increased by 18.9 percent.
