BlackHawk expands fottprint with Pennsylvania acquisition
BlackHawk Industrial has compeleted its acquisition of Tri-State Industrial Supplies of PA, based in New Britain, Pennsylvania (Tri-State). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
