Fastenal's October sales up 8.9 percent
Fastenal posted sales of $531.7 million in October, an 8.9 percent increase from $488.2 million in the same month last year.
Daily sales of $25.3 million in the month compared to $22.2 million last year.
Sales in the United States were up by 13 percent, while sales to Canada/Mexico climbed by 20 percent and sales to the rest of the world grew by 21.9 percent.
Daily sales growth to manufacturing customers improved by 22.9 percent, while sales to non-residential construction customers grew by 14.2 percent.
