HD Supply sales up 2 percent in third quarter

HD Supply Holdings reported net sales of $1.6 billion for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, an increase of 2.0 percent compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2018.

Net income increased $50 million, or 61.0 percent, to $132 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, as compared to $82 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2018. Net income per diluted share increased to 80 cents in the quarter, compared to 45 cents in the third quarter of fiscal 2018.

Facilities Maintenance net sales increased 2.0 percent to $826 million in the quarter, compared to $810 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2018. 

Construction & Industrial net sales increased 1.9 percent to $818 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2019, compared to $803 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2018.
