Snap-on QE Series Torque Wrenches
The new QE Series Torque Wrenches from Snap-on Industrial are both high-precision and adjustable for use in all industries, including aviation, manufacturing, military, natural resources and fleet maintenance.
Each wrench in the line features Dual80 Technology, which includes an 80-tooth gear and dual pawls, providing technicians with a 4.5” swing arc for use in tight areas with limited clearances. Other features and benefits include:
- Sealed ratchet head to keep out dirt and moisture while being virtually maintenance free
- Unique cam design that minimizes friction due to reduced contact area between cam and internal tube wall
- Metal knurled handle design that improves posture grip
- Accuracy to ±3% clockwise from 20-100% full scale
- 7,500 cycles between tool re-calibrations
- Plastic storage case and certification of calibration to accuracy specified in ASME• B107.3
The QE Series Torque Wrenches come in four options. These U.S.-made tools include:
QE1R200; with 1/4” square drive, 40-200 in-lb. range in 1 in-lb. increments, an overall length of 11-1/16”, head width of 7/8” and head depth of 7/16”
QE2FR75; with 3/8” square drive, 5-75 ft-lb. range in .5 ft-lb. increments, an overall length of 15-3/4”, head width of 1-5/32” and head depth of 9/16”
QE2R100; with 3/8” square drive, 20-100 ft-lb. range in .5 ft-lb. increments, an overall length of 15-9/16”, head width of 1-5/32” and head depth of 9/16”
QE3R250; with 1/2” square drive, 50-250 ft-lb. range in 1 ft-lb. increments, an overall length of 24-3/16”, head width of 1-5/8” and head depth of 3/4”
