Pelican Rope Works and U.S. Rigging Supply expand with Louisiana new distribution center

Pelican Rope Works and U.S. Rigging Supply continued their organizational growth in December following the opening of a 24,000-square-foot distribution center in Hammond, Louisiana.

The new facility expands national distribution capacity, strengthens service across the Gulf Coast and Eastern U.S., and supports the company’s ongoing growth across multiple markets.

Alongside the facility expansion, the company announced several new hires and internal promotions, reflecting increased demand and continued investment in its people.

Hailey Rojano has joined the organization as a sales assistant, supporting customers by helping process orders, ensuring accuracy, confirming timely delivery, and assisting with day-to-day customer needs.

Cesar Rodriguez has been promoted to sales supervisor. He will support sales operations, help coordinate the sales team, and assist with training and workflow to ensure consistent customer service and responsiveness.

Fabian Valenzuela has been promoted to e-commerce manager after previously serving in customer service. He is now responsible for overseeing ecommerce operations, including the company website, Amazon storefront, additional online sales channels, and support for ecommerce partners.

Gabrielle Frederick has joined Pelican Rope Works and U.S. Rigging Supply as global supply chain director. Her role focuses on inventory management and global supply chain strategy, including sourcing and procurement, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization across manufacturing and distribution locations, and purchasing strategies that improve efficiency, product availability, and working capital.
