Big Joe Forklifts names new director of dealer development
Big Joe Forklifts promoted Cullen Wurzer to director, dealer development, Midwest & Southeast.
He was most recently the company's regional sales manager, where he built strategic relationships across dealer networks while helping drive increased Class I order activity through a collaborative, education-focused approach to sales development.
In his new role, Wurzer will focus on strengthening dealer engagement and accelerating growth across two of Big Joe’s fastest-expanding regions. His responsibilities will include:
- Strengthening relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, rental managers, and sales representatives across the dealer network
- Supporting dealer-led national accounts initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and dealer partners
- Driving adoption and growth of Class I product lines across the Midwest and Southeast markets
- Supporting dealer development strategies that improve performance, consistency, and long-term partnership success
