Singer buys Conveyor Consulting and Rubber Corp.

Singer Industrial acquired Conveyor Consulting and Rubber Corp. (CCR), headquartered in San Antonio, Florida with locations also in Miami, Florida and Toledo, Ohio.

The company said the strategic partnership strengthens its capabilities in conveyor system design, maintenance, and material handling solutions across key industrial markets.

Founded with a focus on conveyor system expertise, CCR has built a strong reputation as a trusted provider of conveyor consulting, installation, maintenance, and rubber products. The company specializes in conveyor belt systems, pulley lagging, splicing services, and predictive maintenance solutions designed to improve uptime and operational efficiency. CCR serves a wide range of industries, including aggregates, mining, manufacturing, food processing, and bulk material handling.
