Stellar Industrial Supply to buy Rocky Mountain Cutting Tools
Stellar Industrial Supply announced it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Frederick, Colorado-based metalworking distributor Rocky Mountain Cutting Tools (RMCT).
Closing is scheduled for June 30. RMCT, focused on metal working and technical support to both large and small manufacturing facilities in the Western United States, becomes the 18th regional hub for Stellar Industrial Supply as it builds out a nationwide presence.
