Singer Industrial acquires Wilmington Rubber & Gasket
Singer Industrial, a national distributor of industrial rubber and fluid power products, announced the acquisition of Wilmington Rubber & Gasket Co., Inc., based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Founded in 1985, Wilmington Rubber & Gasket has established itself as a trusted provider of industrial rubber products, including hoses, gaskets, packing, belting, plastics, and pumps. The company offers custom hose assemblies, rubber and plastic fabrication, and operates a full- service waterjet cutting shop. Serving industries such as pulp and paper, chemical, marine, power, nuclear, utility, and construction, Wilmington Rubber & Gasket says it has built a reputation for superior quality and exceptional service.
