Sonepar USA names new central region president and SVP of finance
Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced that Andy Waring, Sonepar USA CFO, has been named the new Central region president, effective July 15.
Jérôme Baniol, senior vice president finance for Sonepar Asia Pacific, will become the new SVP of finance for Sonepar USA. Baniol graduated from Reims Business School in 1993 and has held senior financial roles in several global distribution companies in France and the UK, most notably as CFO for Rexel’s France and Southern Europe Zone and Group CFO of Vivarte, a European retailer.
"Andy has been a huge contributor to the success of our organization over the last 30 years. I look forward to working with both him and Jerome in their new roles," said Rob Taylor, Sonepar USA president.
