Bunzl doubles size of Tennessee DC to house three affiliate companies
Bunzl announced a significant expansion of its Piperton, Tennessee, distribution center, doubling its footprint from 500,000 to 1,000,000 square feet.
This strategic growth supports the move from Bunzl Safety Personal Protection Equipment companies Cordova Safety Products, SAS Safety Corp., M.L. Kishigo Manufacturing Co. LLC, and Majestic Glove, following the planned closure of their Memphis distribution facility, into the expanded warehouse and distribution location currently servicing MCR Safety and Revco/Black Stallion.
The newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency, streamline logistics, and continue to align with customer requirements. The move positions Bunzl and its affiliated companies to better serve customers nationwide with faster distribution, improved inventory management, and expanded capabilities.

In alignment with Bunzl’s core values, all employees affected by the move have been offered positions within the expanded distribution facility in Piperton or at the office facility in Collierville, ensuring continuity and retaining the invaluable experience that drives the company’s success.
