Reusable package-maker awarded for sustainability
ORBIS Corp., a global manufacturer of reusable packaging solutions, has earned a bronze medal rating from EcoVadis, one of the most widely recognized business sustainability assessment platforms used by global organizations to evaluate the performance of their supply chain.
The rating places ORBIS in the top 35% of companies evaluated worldwide over the past year. The company said the recognition provides customers with an independent validation of ORBIS’ responsible business practices, increasing confidence in its ability to meet environmental, social and governance (ESG) expectations.
“Our EcoVadis rating reflects our ongoing commitment to integrating sustainability and circularity into every aspect of our operations which reduces supply chain risk for our customers while helping them meet and exceed their sustainability goals,” said ORBIS Director of Sustainability Thomas Estock. “While this achievement validates the progress we’ve made, we remain focused on continuously improving our environmental performance, responsible sourcing, ethical governance and delivering measurable impact for our customers, stakeholders and the communities where we operate.”
