Atlas Tube to form joint venture with Maruichi USA
Atlas Tube, a Zekelman company, announced it has entered into an agreement to form a joint venture with Maruichi USA to combine the operations of both companies under Atlas Tube’s management.
The deal is expected to be finalized in late June 2026, with further information to be disclosed to the public and stakeholders upon completion.
