Interstate Threaded Products acquired by private equity firm
Rox Capital Partners, a Texas-based private equity firmhas acquired Dallas-based Interstate Threaded Products (ITP), a manufacturer of specialty threaded fasteners serving critical industrial end markets across North America.

Stone will continue to serve as president of ITP and will lead the company through its next phase of growth.
