Interpump Fluid Solutions comes to US, seeks distributors
Interpump Fluid Solutions, based in Italy, said it is expanding its presence across North America through strategic partnerships and new infrastructure with the launch of its first distribution center located in Norfolk, Virginia.
Bringing its extensive European expertise in hydraulic hose, fittings, adapters, and accessories to one of the world's largest industrial markets, the company said it is looking to partner with strategic distributors interested in a fully integrated supply chain solution, which has complete control over all of its manufacturing processes, from the soucing of locally supplied raw material both for our cold forging technology to the rubber compounding used in the composition of itshydraulic hoses.
With more than three decades of experience in designing and manufacturing hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components, the company says it has developed a comprehensive portfolio aimed at supporting industries ranging from construction and mining to agriculture, material handling, transportation, marine, and energy applications.
The North American launch represents an important milestone in the company's growth strategy. Combining sophisticated Italian engineering, rigorous product testing, and a broad range of certified hydraulic solutions, Interpump Fluid Solutions said it aims to provide customers with a single-source supplier capable of meeting increasingly complex fluid power requirements. The company said its approach focuses not only on individual components but on complete hydraulic solutions designed to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
"A key advantage of the expansion is the ability to offer a complete line of compatible hydraulic products, including hoses, fittings, adapters, crimping equipment, and accessories," stated a company news release. "This integrated offering helps distributors and OEMs simplify sourcing, reduce compatibility concerns, and streamline supply chain management. Our product portfolio has been developed to support demanding applications across a wide range of pressure ratings and operating environments."
