APG joins SHF, OmegaOne, Texcel brands
American Packing & Gasket Holdings LLC (APG) has joined the fluid conveyance family of brands Stainless Hose Fittings (SHF), OmegaOne, and Texcel based in Houston.
Founded in southeast Texas in 1943 and operating today from Houston, Texas, and Knoxville, Tennessee, APG is a master distributor of sealing and fluid conveyance products, including O-rings, gaskets and couplings. In 1944, EVER-TITE (now owned by APG) patented the first cam and groove coupling, which was quickly adopted by the U.S. military.
The company maintains an inventory of over 40,000 active SKUs, supported by a diversified network of OEM suppliers. These products are combined with value-added services such as O-ring bagging, kitting, and custom gasket fabrication, to serve a variety of end markets.
According to the companies, the addition of APG strengthens the SHF, OmegaOne, and Texcel platform by bringing together deep expertise, strong customer relationships, and technical know-how. APG’s capabilities and product portfolio complement SHF, OmegaOne, and Texcel, creating new opportunities to better serve customers through expanded resources and operational support, they said.
