AD appoints new commercial leader for national accounts program
AD named Rocky Belmonte its new executive vice president of national account sales in anticipation of successfully closing the acquisition of supplyFORCE later this quarter.
Belmonte brings more than 17 years of leadership experience, helping organizations successfully drive growth through strategic initiatives and business transformation.
She will lead AD’s commercial organization and work closely with the AD members, suppliers, and supplyFORCE customers to further enhance the value the program delivers across the AD community.

"Throughout her career, she has partnered with commercial teams to improve customer experience, strengthen supplier relationships, and build scalable capabilities. Her experience advancing digital e-commerce initiatives and aligning business strategy with operational execution makes her uniquely positioned to help accelerate the growth of the national accounts program.”
Belmonte's leadership journey began in the U.S. Military as a staff sergeant in the Illinois Army National Guard, where she led a platoon and earned multiple service accolades. She is known for developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Upon closing the transaction, Rocky Belmonte will succeed Paul Bolton, who will retire from supplyFORCE at the end of the year following a distinguished career dedicated to advancing the organization's national accounts program.
