Hultafors Group North America appoints new president
Christopher Berg has been named president of Hultafors Group North America (HGNA).
HGNA is part of Hultafors Group, a global company based in Sweden that offers brands designed and manufactured specifically for tradespeople.
“Hultafors Group NA is a house of 12 iconic brands that are known for their innovative and high-quality solutions,” said Berg. “The opportunity to lead the North American division and provide tools, hardware, storage, protective equipment and work gear that helps tradespeople do their jobs more efficiently, more safely and more comfortably is an exciting opportunity for me.”
Berg has more than 30 years of global leadership experience in strategic planning, product management, brand management, sales and marketing. He has been with HGNA since 2023 and most recently was executive vice president – sales and customer service. In that role, he defined the group’s commercial strategy, drove sales growth and focused on elevating operational excellence. When Berg joined HGNA, he led the successful launch of W.steps telescopic ladders and SCANGRIP work lights in North America while reigniting growth for Hults Bruk axes.
The entire HGNA portfolio includes Johnson Level, CLC Work Gear, Hultafors Tools, Martinez Tools, MTC, Snickers Workwear, Solid Gear Footwear, Hellberg Safety, Kuny’s, SCANGRIP, W.steps and Hults Bruk.
