BlackHawk expands Jackson, Michigan, operations
BlackHawk Industrial, a distributor of metalworking and other mission-critical industrial products, is strengthening its Jackson operations with a new, larger facility designed to strengthen support for manufacturers throughout the region.
BlackHawk will spotlight the new facility during a Manufacturing Showcase and Open House on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1700 Ayrshire Lane in Jackson, Michigan.
The new facility represents BlackHawk’s continued investment in the Michigan market and broadens the company’s ability to support manufacturers with industrial products, technical expertise, vendor-managed inventory, and supply chain solutions.
The event will bring together customers, local manufacturers, BlackHawk teams, and leading manufacturing suppliers for facility tours, live product and technology demonstrations and direct access to industry experts. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with BlackHawk and supplier experts and enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch.
“Investing in facilities like Jackson is part of how we continue to strengthen our ability to serve customers at the local level while supporting our broader growth strategy," said President and CEO John Mark. "Our customers depend on us for technical expertise, product selection, and vendor-managed inventory solutions that improve performance across the manufacturing floor. This facility gives our team additional capability to deliver on that commitment.”
Amy McNutt, regional sales director, added, “Our new Jackson facility brings more capabilities, products, and industry expertise together under one roof. This showcase is a chance for our customers, partners, and the local manufacturing community to see the new facility, connect with our team, and experience firsthand how BlackHawk can help keep manufacturing moving.”
