ContiTech celebrates 80th annniversary of Lincoln plant
Continental’s group sector ContiTech is celebrating the 80th anniversary of its Lincoln, Nebraska plant, marking eight decades of manufacturing excellence and customer-focused service in the Americas.
The Lincoln facility traces its belt manufacturing heritage to 1946 and today serves a wide range of industries through the production of power transmission products and solutions. The site became part of Continental in 2015 and continues to play an important role in supporting customers across agriculture, construction, mining and industrial markets. The plant employs approximately 300 employees and operates as a key manufacturing location within ContiTech’s Industrial Solu-tions Americas business area.
“For 80 years, the Lincoln plant has demonstrated a commitment to quality, innovation and the people who make our success possible,” said Plant Manager John McWilliam. “This milestone reflects the dedication of generations of employees who have built a strong manufac-turing culture centered on safety, operational excellence and customer centricity.
