Distribution Solutions Group completes acquisition of Winzer and FastServ Supply
Distribution Solutions Group Inc., a specialty distribution company, announced Oct. 26 it has successful closed its previously announced acquisition of GradeEight Holdings, LLC.
GradeEight is a multi-brand MRO distribution platform operating through a national network of franchisees under Winzer Corporation, and retail-facing storefronts under FastServ Supply across Texas and Arkansas.
The transaction was funded through the company’s existing cash and availability under its credit agreement.
