Austin Hardware opens new Ontario location
Missouri-based Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc., a provider of access hardware, fasteners, adhesives, and industrial supply solutions, has opened its first location outside the U.S. in Ingleside, Ontario, Canada.
The company says the Ontario location will provide Canadian customers faster access to Austin Hardware’s full range of products, including truck body hardware, adhesives and sealants, fasteners, hinges, drawer slides, and more. With local inventory and dedicated service, the distributor aims to provide quicker order fulfillment to customers due to reduced transit times, as well as relief from tariff impact, reduced shipping costs, and personalized support from a team familiar with the unique needs of Canadian manufacturers, distributors, and service providers.
"Expanding into Canada allows us to better serve our valued customers with the products and solutions they rely on every day," said Austin Hardware Executive Vice President Jack Dudenhoeffer. "We’re excited to bring our industry expertise, high-quality products, and customer-focused approach closer to our Canadian partners."
The Ontario facility will also support vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs, custom orders, and technical support. Shipping from the new location was expected to start by early November.
