DTS torque wrenches
DTS is setting the new benchmark for accuracy in the torque Industry for adjustable click style torque wrenches.
This tool type is the most widely used wrench in the industrial and automotive industries. The DTS calibration accuracy is lower at ±3% CW and ±5% CCW, and DTS has increased the usable torque range using 15 to 100% of full scale. DTS factory calibration is performed to a torque standard traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) and each tool is provided with a serial number and Certificate of Calibration (COC) for 100% traceability. The tools are certified to meet and exceed the accuracy standards specified in ASME B107.14-2004
DTS offers a full line of wrenches, designed, engineered, and manufactured in the U.S.A. to meet and exceed the industry standards. C series wrenches are available in five drive sizes, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, and 1-inch to cover torque ranges between 20 in-lb to 1,000 ft-lb and 4 to 1356 Nm. This torque tool group features laser etched dual scales and functions in both the CW and CCW directions. The wrenches are fitted with a strong 36-tooth quick-release reversible ratchet head for easy operation and access in tight work spaces. Slide lock ring assures easy adjustment to torque scale setting. Advanced engineering design provides thousands of hours of repeatable torque for critical applications when torque is a factor. Calibration and repair is easily performed and supported by calibration labs nationwide.
