Spring Rewind Cable Reel for Industrial Applications
Hannay Reels NSCR700 cable reel features a compact design with a heavy-duty, narrow frame for use with live electrical cable.
It can be mounted in confined spaces and is ideal for use with power tools, lights and other machinery. A powerful spring motor provides self-contained rewind power, with a non-sparking ratchet assembly and declutching arbor that locks the reel in place when the desired length of cable is payed out. Double brushes per circuit are constructed from copper graphite with copper alloy rings. The NSCR700 houses a standard 3-conductor, 45 amp, 600 volt collector assembly with #8 gauge wiring from the collector ring to the junction box. Additional conductors or higher amperage is also offered. It accommodates 50 to 120 ft. of 14/3 to 8/3 AWG live electrical cable, and is equipped with a four-way adjustable roller assembly. A cable stop is also available to prevent roller and connector damage and permit the adjustment of free cable length.
