The Shipbuilding Solutions brochure provides easy-to-read charts for Weiler Abrasives Tiger® cutting and grinding wheels, which include a range of abrasive grains — from ceramic and zirconia alumina to aluminum and alumina oxide — to suit the application. The chart also offers recommendations for which abrasives to use on specific materials, details on performance characteristics, and available diameters and thicknesses. Similar charts are included for the company’s cones and plugs for hard-to-reach areas, and cups for larger metal removal. For grinding and finishing applications, there is information on resin fiber discs and flap discs. For coating and cleaning, Weiler Abrasives provides information on its various brushes.
