LeadSmart launches enterprise growth platform for distributors, manufacturers

LeadSmart Technologies launched Meridian360 on Sept. 23, an enterprise growth platform (EGP) purpose-built for wholesale distributors and manufacturers.

LeadSmart enterprise growth platform graphicAn Enterprise Growth Platform is not a CRM, data warehouse, or point solution — it's the connective layer that gives every system a shared, real-time view of the customer and related data, so intelligence generated in one part of the business can inform action in another. The company said Meridian360 connects the systems these businesses already run — ERP, CRM, marketing automation, quoting, and e-commerce — into that single, unified foundation.

Distributors and manufacturers have spent decades building technology stacks around specialized systems: an ERP for transactions, a CRM for relationships, marketing automation for campaigns, quoting tools for sales, e-commerce for digital orders. Each system does its job well. But the information inside them rarely connects — leaving predictable blind spots: sales teams missing a customer's purchase history, marketing targeting accounts sales are closing, leadership working from an incomplete picture of pipeline and risk, and institutional knowledge walking out when experienced employees leave.

Those blind spots are getting harder to see, not easier, even as every one of those systems gets its own AI layer. LeadSmart argues that doesn't solve the problem; it hides it: when AI operates inside disconnected systems, businesses end up with more intelligence and less visibility. LeadSmart calls this Siloed Intelligence, and it's the reason blind spots are showing up even in teams that feel more data-driven than ever.

“Every system in wholesale distribution is getting an AI upgrade right now,” said CEO Kevin Brown. “The result is five smart tools that still can't see each other. That's not intelligence — that's Siloed Intelligence. It's how a competitor finds the whitespace in your own account before you do. We built Meridian360 so teams see the whole picture, not just their piece of it. They know what's actually happening, what's being missed, and what needs to happen next.”

Meridian360 addresses the problem at its foundation. The platform applies purpose-built AI across five connected growth engines: Sales Compass, ChannelCloud SmartCRM, Marketing IQ Insights, Quote IQ Engine, and Digital Commerce IQ. Intelligence generated in one area can trigger action in another: a cooling quote prompts a follow-up, a share-of-wallet gap informs a marketing audience, and a risk signal in one data source becomes visible to the teams responsible for it.

Meridian360 runs alongside the ERP, not in place of it. The ERP remains the system of record for financial and operational data; Meridian360 becomes the business system of record for customers, teams, and growth.

“Distributors have spent decades investing in systems that work, and the answer isn't to rip them out,” said COO Tom Burton. “Meridian360 runs alongside the ERP and other systems and connects what's already there, so the data a business has been collecting for years finally starts working together.”

One HVAC distributor with more than 45 branches saw results quickly after connecting its systems on the LeadSmart foundation. With the platform giving the sales team "never before seen visibility," in the company's words, across every account, reps could act with more context and move faster on the opportunities that mattered most — contributing to a 13% increase in sales revenue over the prior year. Adoption followed the results: usage across the distributor's 150 users grew 70%.

Meridian360 is available now for wholesale distributors and manufacturers with growing, multi-user teams.
