Fastenal May net sales rise 4.3%
Fastenal reported a 4.3% increase for its May net sales, totaling $687 million.
U.S. daily sales sales growth was: 9.4%, Canada/Mexico was 7.9%, and Rest of World was 14.3%.
Daily sales growth by end market was: heavy manufacturing – 8.6%; other manufacturing – 12.8%, non-residential construction – 3.3%, and other end markets – 7.6%.
Fastenal's May daily sales growth by product line was: fasteners – 8.9%; safety – 10.4%; and other – 9.2%.
