BlackHawk Industrial acquires Pinnacle Tool & Supply
BlackHawk Industrial announced the acquisition of Pinnacle Tool & Supply, based in Toledo, Ohio.
Pinnacle has a second location in Cleveland, Ohio.
Today’s acquisition significantly increases BlackHawk’s operational footprint in the Ohio region, enhancing its service capabilities in a large manufacturing market. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pinnacle Tool & Supply has a long-standing reputation as a highly technical, value-added distributor in the cutting tool and abrasive space. In addition to the Pinnacle name, the company also operates under the brands W. Lewis Sales and Industrial Metalworking Supply (IMS) in Solon, Ohio.
