Valin acquires Power Transfer Products
Valin Corporation has acquired Power Transfer Products, located in Alvin, Texas.
The acquisition strengthens Valin’s filtration and process heating portfolio while simultaneously furthering the company’s geographic reach, according to a press release announcing the acquisition.

Serving the USA, Canada and Latin America, Power Transfer Products is a supplier of pumps, meters, and other equipment related to the handling of liquid products. The company’s philosophy puts an emphasis on application engineering to ensure its products meet customer requirements.
