Bearings Headquarters names new president/CEO

Bearings Headquarters announced that Jimmy Timble has assumed the role of president and CEO, along with other executive appointments.

In his 24 years at BHQ, Timble has played an integral role in many company operations, including the development and growth of the Broadview, Illinois-based company's Metalworking Shops Division. "BHQ is proud and excited to see Jimmy continue to grow a legacy that started with our inception in 1934 as Bearing Headquarters advances into the next phase of our evolution," according to a company press release.

In addition, Jim Scardina has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president. Scardina has been with the company for 52 years. He is also serving his second term as president of the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA).

Toby Stinson re-joined the BHQ team in October as a new vice president. Beginning his career at BHQ nearly 30 years ago, Stinson has served the company in outside sales, sales management, branch management, and district management.
