AFC Industries acquires Askew Industrial
AFC Industries has acquired Askew Industrial Corporation of Santa Fe Springs, California.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1957, Askew is a global leader in supply chain logistics and distribution of industrial, MIL-SPEC and engineered fasteners, components and MRO products.

Former Askew owner Turan (“Ron”) Kahraman added, “We had many good options when it came to potential partners. Headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio, AFC Industries provides supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components to original equipment manufacturers, assembly plants, and other users of these products.
AFC Industries was acquired by Bertram Capital in April 2021.
