White Cap acquires JLA Supply
White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, has acquired JLA Supply in Portland, Oregon.
Founded in 1974, JLA is a distributor of sealants, waterproofing and concrete accessories, serving non-residential and residential end markets throughout the Pacific Northwest and West Coast. Formerly known as John Latta Associates Inc., the company has grown to six locations across Oregon, Washington and Idaho and is known in different markets under three business brands: Sealant Specialists, SECO Construction Supply or Cascade Construction Accessories.
