Pinnacle Tool & Supply buys W. Lewis Sales
Pinnacle Tool & Supply, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, purchased W. Lewis Sales Co. of Solon, Ohio, on Jan. 1, 2019.
Pinnacle Tool is a general line industrial distributor specializing in cutting tools, abrasives, metal working fluids and lubricants and safety items.
Mike Sauppe and Tim McNeeley started the company in 2000.
W. Lewis Sales Co. is an industrial distributor specializing in bonded and coated abrasives since 1935.
The two operations cover the northern half of Ohio, southeast Michigan, northeast Indiana and represent over $16 million in sales.
