BlackHawk Industrial awards 3M, AMSOIL
BlackHawk Industrial, a distributor of metalworking and other mission-critical industrial products, recognized two top-performing suppliers during its second annual BlackHawk Supplier Performance Awards at the 2025 Sales Summit in Oklahoma City.
The Supplier Summit Award, presented this year to 3M, honors a supplier that has made a significant impact through field engagement, training programs, and collaboration with BlackHawk’s Account Managers, resulting in increased market presence and profitable sales growth.

The Supplier Excellence Award, awarded to AMSOIL, highlights a supplier that has demonstrated remarkable sales growth, innovation in product solutions, and dedicated customer support, strengthening BlackHawk’s ability to deliver value to its customers.

Themed “Decoding Sales Excellence,” this year’s Summit brought together some of the industry’s elite suppliers, sales teams, and thought leaders for a multi-day event featuring strategic discussions, training, and recognition of best-in-class partnerships.
The Supplier Summit Award and Supplier Excellence Award are part of BlackHawk Industrial’s annual Supplier Performance Awards, recognizing outstanding suppliers who demonstrate exceptional achievement, innovation, and commitment to driving business growth.
Both 3M and AMSOIL expressed deep appreciation for the recognition, emphasizing the strength of their partnership with BlackHawk Industrial in mutual success.

The Supplier Performance Awards are highly competitive, with nominees evaluated on exemplary field and marketing support, responsive account management, proactive communication on price changes, and a true partnership approach. To be considered, suppliers must also support long-term growth initiatives, drive cost reductions in the supply chain, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
BlackHawk communicated the award criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the beginning of the year, ensuring suppliers had a clear understanding of the expectations and performance metrics used in the selection process.
