Columbus McKinnon to acquire Dorner Manufacturing

Columbus McKinnon has agreed to acquire Dorner Manufacturing Corporation from global private markets firm EQT.


The cash transaction valued at $485 million is expected to close early in the company’s first quarter of fiscal 2022.

Dorner is a Hartland, Wisconsin-based automation solutions company that provides patented technologies in the design, application, manufacturing and integration of high-precision conveying systems.
