NOW Inc. to acquire Flex Flow
NOW Inc. has agreed to acquire the Flex Flow business from GR Energy Services, a portfolio company of Pine Brook.
The acquistion includes substantially all of the Flex Flow assets relating to the rental, sale and service of surface-mounted horizontal pumping systems and horizontal jet pumping systems. Terms of the all-cash transaction were not disclosed.

Flex Flow is a provider of H-pump solutions for applications across the energy industry. It is based out of Midland, Texas, currently serving the Permian, Bakken / Rockies and Mid-Continent regions.
