Imperial Dade acquires Athens Janitor Supply Company, Chittom Industries
Imperial Dade, a North American distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products, and janitorial supplies, has aquired Athens Janitor Supply Company, Inc. and Chittom Industries, Inc. (AJS).
The transaction represents the 97th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert, chairman, and Jason Tillis, CEO of Imperial Dade. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
The company has three locations in Athens, Rome and Augusta, Georgia, and has established an outstanding reputation in the market, driven by the same unwavering commitment to customer service that guided its founding.
