Purvis Industries acquires A & A Resources
Purvis Industries has successfully acquired all assets, brand rights, personnel, and intellectual property of A & A Resources, Inc., effective March 3.
A & A Resources specializes in distributing bearings, wire, cable, fiber optics, mechanical in-dustrial automation, and electrical replacement parts. Their primary goal is to provide customers with value-added, technology-based solutions.
The company focuses on serving industries such as mining, aggregate, power generation, metals, textiles, and material handling, delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Established in 2005, A & A Resources has grown into a viable, female-owned, independent alternative to national chains in their market area. With 14 employees boasting over 200 years of combined experience, they have built long-term customer relationships and strong vendor partnerships, ensuring a successful future.
