Chicago Fed National Activity Index rose in February
The Chicago Fed National Activity Index rose to +0.88 in February from +0.02 in January.
The index’s three-month moving average increased to +0.37 in February from +0.16 in January.
Production-related indicators contributed +0.50 to the CFNAI in February, up from –0.15 in January. Total industrial production increased 1.1 percent in February after decreasing 0.3 percent in January.
