Rotor Clip steps up support for COVID related production

Rotor Clip Company Inc. announced that it is giving its full support to customers that produce medical components or equipment needed to treat or halt the spread of COVID-19.

Rotor Clip is dedicating time and resources from engineering, supply chain, production, QA, and logistics to expedite parts to customers producing much needed medical equipment such as ventilators or filtration systems among others.

A variety of OEM and Tier 1 customers tasked with building such equipment have already taken advantage of this expedited process. In one instance, an OEM reached out to Rotor Clip to supply critical wave springs needed for their current ventilator production project. In only two business days, Rotor Clip was able to produce and obtain quality approval to ship these parts.

”During this crisis, Rotor Clip Company currently is open and has full manufacturing capability to support our customers with our full range of products. We will put our full resources behind any customer producing components for essential medical devices needed to combat and treat the coronavirus,” said Craig Slass, co-president of Rotor Clip.

In order to facilitate those needs Rotor Clip has set up a specific webpage for those customers to start the expedited process.

Rotor Clip manufactures a full line of inch, DIN, ANSI metric and JIS retaining rings, as well as a complete line of constant section rings, spiral retaining rings, wave springs, and hose clamps.
