Stephen Mammino has been promoted to industrial territorial manager, Trevor Demara has been promoted to market and PMCO segment analyst, Paola Monroy has joined the team as a marketing analyst, and marketing intern Daniel Gomes has joined the company.

“We are thrilled to welcome the best and brightest talent to our team, and to recognize those who have already positively contributed to our organization by expanding their current roles,” said Franck Bagouet, senior vice president of lubricants for Total Specialties USA Inc. “During these unprecedented times, Total looks forward to the continued growth and profitability of the USA affiliate by leveraging this industry talent.”

Mammino has worked for Total Specialties USA for seven years and has more than 15 years of experience in the lubrication industry. Gomes and Monroy will be based in Total’s Linden, New Jersey Technical Headquarters and Blending Facility. Monroy brings more than seven years of social media, communication, and advertising experience to her new role. She will be responsible for much of Total Lubricant USA digital and traditional marketing platforms, as well as overseeing the Company’s social media platform for all product lines other than PCMO.

Gomes, a recent Seton Hall University graduate, will span all areas of marketing and sales support and will serve as an entry platform for future growth opportunities within the Company.

Demara, a former Total marketing intern, will support the USA Lubricants group of Total’s Marketing & Services Division as a market and PCMO Segment Analyst in the Company’s Marketing headquarters in Houston. He offers expertise in many different industry sectors within lubricants, and his primary focus will be on the TOTAL QUARTZ product line, as well as support on motorsports activities. Demara, a recent graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown holds previous experience working in the oilfield equipment, technology, and healthcare sectors.

Total Specialties USA offers a wide range of lubricant products including TOTAL QUARTZ synthetic performance engine oils.
