Abrasive Technology introduces realigned leadership team
Abrasive Technology, LLC, a developer and manufacturer of superabrasive products for the dental, aerospace, medical, and industrial end markets, has realigned its leadership team of industry experts focused on innovative solutions towards corporate and customer growth.
Scott Narrol, chief financial officer – Narrol joined AT in May 2022 as its chief financial officer, after spending 11 years as the CFO of industrial manufacturing companies. Narrol brings 30 years of experience in strategic leadership, management, finance, accounting, treasury, and financial analysis within the manufacturing industry. Narrol is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Bonnie Blankenship, chief human resources officer – Blankenship joined AT in November 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in her field having worked in large organizations (Pepsi-Cola, Worthington Industries, Nationwide Insurance) and privately-owned organizations in a variety of industries. She specializes in culture shaping, change management, leadership, and organizational development. Blankenship earned a doctorate in human resource management and holds degrees in instructional design and Communications.
Brandon Roby, vice president of operations – Roby joined AT in January 2022 from more than 20 years of experience in automation, product manufacturability, and technical operations. Roby was the founding owner of a design consulting firm for over 10 years working with small to medium-sized manufacturing companies with a focus on business turnarounds, rapid growth, and productization. Roby holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering degree from the University of New Mexico.
Chris Ogden, vice president of engineering – Ogden joined AT in 2019 and most recently led the industrial and medical teams before being promoted to his current role. He has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering including experience with Siemens and Battelle Memorial Institute. Ogden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Adam Wenning, vice president of sales and marketing – Wenning brings 15 years of industry experience, most recently serving as the company’s director of sales & marketing before being promoted to his current role. Having joined AT in 2014, Wenning’s expertise in engineering and industrial technical sales has allowed him to cultivate successful global business relationships resulting in innovation and new product applications. Wenning earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University.
