Fasteners Inc. appoints vp of people and culture
Fasteners Inc. Southwestern Supply and Professional Contractor Supply welcomed Dr. Christina Nishiyama as the new vice president of people and culture.
Nishiyama has over 15 years of human resources leadership experience, including 10 years of organizational consulting experience within industrial distribution.
In her new role, Nishiyama will be responsible for leadership of the people and culture team, with an emphasis on strategically driving employee satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity. In addition, with her background as an author and college instructor, she will focus on accentuating organizational learning and development.
