Bearing & Drive Solutions acquires Belt Service Corp. facility
Bearing & Drive Solutions (BDS), in conjunction with Columbia Rubber Corp. (CRC), has completed the acquisition of Belt Service Corp's Langhorne, Pensylvania, facility.
"This strategic acquisition is a major milestone for our companies as we continue to expand our portfolio and strengthen our position in the market," said BDS CEO Mark Stevens.
BDS stated that Beltservice is a well-respected company in the material handling conveyor belting industry, with a reputation of delivering high quality products in a timely fashion.
"By completing the purchase of the Langhorne location, we are confident that we will enhance our offerings and provide even greater value to our customers, said Stevens.
"With this acquisition, BDS and CRC, along with Columbia Belt Works, (our heavy-duty conveyor belt installation team), we will bring another level of service to our valued customers, both current and future," he added.
