Fastenal realizes 6.5% YoY sales growth in April
Fastenal announced April net sales of $691 million, a 6.5% increase year over year.
Daily sales also increased 6.5%.
Daily sales growth in the heavy manufacturing end market grew from 1.9% in April 2024 to 4.6%. Daily sales growth in the other manufacturing end market was 9.7% compared to 2.2% a year ago, and saily sales growth of non-residential construction was 0.9% compared to negative 5.6% at the same time last year. For other end markets, daily sales growth was 8.3% versus negative 1.4% last April.
Daily sales growth by fasteners increase to 1.5% from 2.2% YoY; for safety products, saily sales growth increased to 9.8% versus 5.1% last April; and for other product categories, daily sales growth increased to 8.3% from 1.2% in April 2024.
